- 2+1 – pass for 2 leaders and 1 follower
Buddies Male Full Pass- Pass for 3 Leaders - COUPLE PASS, 2+1 pass, or Buddies Male Full Pass are passes for couples or groups; the person purchasing registers their details and the details of their dance partner/group in the main registration form. Providing the details of all individuals at the time of purchase is MANDATORY. Each of the registered individuals will receive a separate personalized E-TICKET, which will be exchanged for a wristband at the entrance to the event. These passes are refundable as a whole pass. There is no return option for one person “from the ticket”. However, you can change the person on the pass. However, it is necessary to maintain the proportions, so you can resell a Leader-Leader pass, Follower-Follower pass.
(*) The given prices are valid until the given pool of passes (all types together) is exhausted, no later than the day indicated in the table.

Pass returns
Passes for Kizzaffaire are non – refundable regardless of the reason, which includes any emergencies or accidents.
Within 7 days from purchase, but not later than on 15.04.2027 you may use the option of transfer of a full amount of funds for another event of the same organizer.
Multipasses (couple passes, group passes registered as one pass for many people) treated as one pass are purchased by one transaction, which means that the transfer of funds can be applied only to the entire package and not a single ticket.
Transfer of funds
We offer an alternative or emergency option of transfer of funds.
There is an option to transfer part of the funds to any event within a year of the event that the participant cannot attend:
- When applying up to 7 days from purchase, but not later than on 15.04.2027, a 100% of the amount paid is transferred.
- When applying until 25.03.2027 (included) it is 80% of the amount paid, while 20% is a date change fee.
- After 25.03.2027 until 15.04.2027, i.e. the day before the start date of the event, it is 50% of the price paid by the participant, while 50% is a late date change fee.
The transferred funds will be saved in our database and can be used as a discount code for any pass from our offer for any event organized by us, excluding Early Bird offer tickets.
You should inform us about such a request no later than one day before the beginning of the event, i.e. until 15.04.2027 by e-mail at registration@elsolfestival.pl
If you already have funds transferred from previous events and you wish to use them for the KizzAffaire event you may use the option not later than 14 days before the start of the event, i.e 2.04.2027 for any pass available at that moment.
No later than April 14, 2027, you can change the owner of the pass. The organizer does not mediate in the search for a new pass buyer, nor in settlements between seller and buyer.
The original owner of the pass shall send a notification of the change to the Organizer by 14.04.2027 at the latest at registration@elsolfestival.pl, specifying the name, surname, e-mail address and country of origin of the new owner. The original owner’s ticket will be canceled and a new ticket sent to the e-mail address provided.
First owner change done until 31.03.2027 is FREE OF CHARGE. A second name change on such a pass is possible until 14.04.2027 and subject to a 20 EUR fee.
First owner change done from 1.04.2027 possible until 14.04.2027 is subject to a 20 EUR fee. A second name change on such a pass is not possible.
Part of the pass purchased as a COUPLE pass or group pass can be resold. However, when changing the owner of the pass, it is necessary to maintain proportions, i.e. resale takes place as Leader-Leader, Follower-Follower.
After 14.04.2027, we do not accept requests for change of pass owner regardless of the reason.
It is possible to exchange a pass type for another for a similar or wider festival package for an additional charge.
In order to do that, you need to inform the organizer about your wish to exchange the pass by sending an email request to registration@elsolfestival.pl and pay the difference in price between the original and new pass, according to the price list. In the case of exchange for a cheaper pass, the organiser will not refund the price difference.
Reduction of festival package is impossible.
You can extend your pass package also during the event (cash or online payment at the door, according to AT THE DOOR pricing table) provided that your target ticket option is available.
Passes for Kizzaffaire festival won in competitions or received free of charge are not refundable, transferable to another event or edition or exchangeable for cash. It is possible to extend the package of such a pass under the general conditions of sale. If the winner of a competition already holds a pass for a given edition, he/she may rewrite the competition pass to another person within a maximum of 7 days of the announcement of the competition results. Otherwise, the transfer of the winning pass is not possible.
Passes sold as part of SPECIAL OFFERS may be subject to separate, resale and exchange rules, which are specified in each offer’s regulations.
The basis for issuing the wristband and admission to the event is the presentation of a PERSONAL E-TICKET received after purchase and an identity card with photo confirming the data on the ticket. Wearing event wristbands during the entire event is MANDATORY. You are entitled to 1 wristband for the entire event. We replace them only if it is damaged for reasons beyond the user’s control. In such a situation, you should bring the damaged wristband to the office and replace it with a new one.
Please pay attention when putting on the wristband in the event office that it is not too tight or wide, as this cannot be a reason for a complaint about the wristband.
